Jain Paneer Recipes-

• 300 grams of Paneer or cottage cheese chopped in cubes
• 2 Tablespoon butter
• 1 tablespoon cream or Malai
• 1 large tomato chopped
• 1 medium finely chopped capsicum
• ¼ cup of cabbage chopped coarsely
• One slice of bread toasted lightly
• 1 tablespoon coconut granted finely
• 10 pieces of cashews

• 1 teaspoon of wheat flour
• Few curry leaves
• 1 teaspoon of red chili powder
• 1 tablespoon of coriander leaves chopped finely
• ¼ teaspoon of coriander seeds powder
• ¼ teaspoon of garam masala powder
• ¼ teaspoon of turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• ½ teaspoon of sugar
• 2 tablespoon of oil

1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the cashews and keep aside
2. Add cabbage and tomato in the same oil and stir them until they are limp
3. Add chopped capsicum and stir for few minutes
4. Add all the dry masala and ground paste of cashews and coconut and flour dissolved in 1 tablespoon water
5. Cook till the gravy becomes thick
6. Add salt and sugar
7. Add the pieces of paneer along with cream and butter and mix gently
8. Garnish it with grated paneer and coriander leaves
